Refund/Return Policy
We offer Exchanges/Refunds up to 5 days after you have received the item.
should you wish to exchange or return an item, please send us an email on blossombaby121@gmail.com
items are not eligible for a refund:
1. swimwear
2. If the item was not delivered on time
3. If the item has been damaged in your possession
4. Wooden items, party decor
5. Sale items
Refunds will be done at a cost of R85
A refund for your items/s minus the R85 fee will be issued to you once we receive the item/s and it is found to be in its original condition after inspection.
Please note: we will only refund the amount paid for the item/s excluding the courier fee.
We will happily assist with an exchange if:
1. The size does not fit and we have the correct size in stock. If not, you can choose something else or take a voucher that can be used at a later stage.
Exchanges- a fee of R120 is charged for exchanges. This is to pick up the item from you and have it returned to us, as well as to courier the new item/s to you.
Swimwear: Due to hygiene restrictions, we cannot offer a refund/ exchange on swimwear. Should you wish to purchase any of our swimwear and are uncertain about the fit/size, please contact us on blossombaby121@gmail.com and one of our team members will gladly assist.
we do not do cancellations once orders have been dispatched.
If your order has been delayed or has not arrived on time, we will not be held responsible and a refund/exchange will not be given.
items can only be exchanged/returned if they are unworn.
